Your SMS/voice allowance pools across the whole org — international delivery simply drains it faster. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at provider cost + 15% — Twilio delivery is rolling out during the pilot. Push is free. Always.
Stakeholder seats (push-only, no paging) are free on every plan and don't count toward user limits.
During the pilot, every feature — including audit logs, custom roles/RBAC, and custom SLA — is included on every plan.

Push notifications are free and unlimited on every plan. SMS and voice are an optional fallback: every plan includes a monthly allowance per user that pools across your whole org, and usage beyond it is billed at provider cost + 15% — capped by a hard monthly ceiling you set. Per-org usage metering (SMS, voice, email, and push sends) is tracked monthly and visible to the account owner, so you always know where your allowance stands.
Unlimited push alerts on every plan, including iOS critical alerts and Android Do-Not-Disturb bypass. Even with the SMS/voice allowance fully spent, paging never stops.
An optional fallback for P1 alerts. Your plan includes a monthly allowance that scales with your seats — 25 SMS + 10 voice minutes per user on Team, 50 + 25 on Business — pooled across the org. Beyond the allowance, you pay what the provider bills us plus a 15% usage margin. Nothing more.
You set the ceiling. When the allowance — and any overage budget you've enabled — is spent, SMS/voice stop and push keeps going. A bill can never surprise you.
The allowance resets monthly and doesn't roll over. Compare that to competitors' silent 25–100 SMS caps — or "unlimited" plans that bake the cost into $20–40 seats.
OpsPing is a paging-first on-call tool — schedules, rotations, overrides, and escalation — not an incident-management suite with on-call bolted on.
